History in the making – Hattie took 2nd place in the overall standings
The long story made short goes like this: Hattie kept it cool and secured the 2nd place in the overall standings. But we’ll go with the longer anyways… In what is only her second full season of downhill racing, Hattie Harnden showed great performance throughout the season, winning in Les Gets, and rose to the challenge on the last race of the series. In Lake Placid it could have gone both ways, she was sitting in 3rd overall, but managed to do good run in the finals, go faster than her closest rivals and secured 2nd place overall! What an incredible achievement!
Everyone at AON Racing is incredibly proud on this young Brit that also took the bronze on the World Champs earlier in the season!
Henry Kerr also had a great weekend on the Whiteface Mountain. He qualified in 17th and went directly into the finals. On Sunday he did another composed and fast run, on what was almost a completely dry track, and secured his position on the edge of top-20 riders. Best result of the season for Henry!
Reece Wilson and Stan Nisbet finished the race on Saturday, the speed was just not right to make the cut.
And just like that, our 2026 World Cup season is over. What a season it has been. Only in our second year of AON Racing, we finished 11th in the Team Overall Rankings, took 2nd place with Reece in Andorra, claimed our first World Cup victory with Hattie in Les Gets, brought home a World Championship bronze medal, and now finish the season with 2nd place in the overall World Cup standings.
Thank you all so much for being part of this and believing in our vision. It genuinely means the world to us!
Thank you for an incredible season!
